Hours: Hourly, Part Time

Location: Openings available in Dayton and Centerville, Ohio

Reports to: Brewpub Kitchen Manager

We are on a never-ending journey of exploration – discovering things that are new and different, creating innovative products to share with our community, and growing the reputation of Dayton across the state.

We currently have opportunities for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join the Brewpub Team in our growing craft brewery. Brewpub Line Cooks is the key to our brewpub menu and essential to satisfy guest. This role is a direct report to Lock 27 Brewpub’s Kitchen Manager.

Essential Job Duties:

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Excellent technique/strong knife skills
Able to manage a wide variety of different kitchen stations & equipment
Attention to detail in plate executions
Commitment to safe food practices, cleanliness, and essential kitchen process

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

An enthusiasm for craft beer
2+ years of experience in a brewpub/restaurant setting
Team player who works well with others to achieve a common goal
Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
Able to lift 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Available to work weekends
Must be at Least 21 years old
