We currently have opportunities for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join the Brewpub Team in our growing craft brewery. Brewpub Servers primarily acts as brewery representatives promoting the Lock 27 beers and brand while satisfying guests with a diverse menu from our craft kitchens. This role is a direct report to Lock 27 Brewpub’s Front of House Manager.
Essential Job Duties:
- Ability to represent Lock 27 Brewing beers to guests
- Greets guests with a genuine smile
- Promptly and accurately place beer and food requests from guests
- Knowledge of Lock 27 menus for beer, merchandise, and food items and able to upsell guests
- Eager to advocate for the Lock 27 brand message, promotions, and events as outlined by marketing team
- Able to follow Lock 27’s carefully crafted service and dress standards
- Practices conversational ordering by mentioning currently promoted Brewery Beer products
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- An enthusiasm for craft beer
- 2+ years’ experience in a brewpub/restaurant setting
- Attention to detail and table management
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Excels in collaborative team efforts
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends
