Chef’s selection of two artisanal cheeses & one rotating meat. Served with honey, crackers & other accompanying accouterments.
Smoked Wings
Our signature dry-rubbed & house-smoked chicken wings. Served with celery & Sriracha blue cheese, Hot (habanero-peach) or Mild (dry).
Poutine
Frites topped with stout braised beef, gravy & cheese curds.  
Fried egg 
Pierogies
Potato and cheddar pierogies topped with crispy bacon, sautéed onions & garlic. Served with sour cream.
SOUP + SALAD
Beer Cheese Soup
Lock Tender Golden Ale and sharp white cheddar. Served with popcorn on the side.
Soup du Jour
Chef’s daily choice of in-house, scratch made soup.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
Orchard Salad
Mixed green, sliced apples, candied walnuts, croutons, dried cranberries, & blue cheese crumbles tossed in garlic vinaigrette.
House Salad
Fresh mesclun greens, shaved fennel, sliced apples, roasted edamame, feta cheese tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette.

Add Protein: Herb Roasted Chicken or anchovies, Shrimp* or Salmon* 

Dressings: Caesar, Creamy Parmesan, Garlic Vinaigrette, Siracha Blue Cheese, White Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Black Angus beef, sharp cheddar, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and Applewood smoked bacon.
Keener Burger*
Cook-to-order & topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Add Bacon 
Cuban Panini
Guggisberg Swiss, yellow mustard, spicy garlic mustard, smoked pulled pork shoulder, sliced pit ham, with house-made pickles.
Beyond Burger* (V)
Roasted garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, & onion.
Breakfast Sandwich*
Egg cooked your way, cheddar, hash browns & bacon on a baguette.
ENTREES
Taco Tacos
Your choice of blackened fish or pulled pork or chicken tacos. Topped with red pepper slaw, habanero hot sauce, & cilantro sour cream. Served with cilantro- lime rice and spicy black beans. Served with chips instead of rice at lunch.
